Requirements:

The conference takes place on March 31.
Attendance & media permission must be sent to atidmunconference2021@gmail.com beforehand.

please make sure to entitle your e-mail: name-school-committee-country.

I.  Download the latest Zoom version in order to move between breakout rooms/blocks during unmoderated caucuses.

II. Charge your phone and computer before each session.


III. Check your zoom (microphone/sound & camera) performance before each committee session.                                                                                                                             
IV. In order to be eligible for an award, you must turn your cameras on for the duration of the conference.


V. Your Zoom Name must be: Your Country - Your Name


VI. Dress code: Formal Attire                                                    

                       
VII. Snacks and Drinks: have them handy next to you  

                                                          
VIII. Make sure to arrive 5 minutes before each committee session starts  

                                                                    
IX. Code of Behavior/Performance: raise your virtual hand when asking to speak, follow the conference points, motions & rules of procedure


X. Position papers are to be sent to your committee emails by March 15th.


XI. Notes to the chairs and delegates are to be sent via the Zoom private chat.


XII. Make sure your lighting is in order and you have a neutral background.
